We highly encourage at least 1 adult per family to become involved in some aspect of Temple Groups, Leadership or Committee Work.

1. The membership year begins on July 1st and ends on June 30th
2. Membership dues are billed monthly (1/12th each month of dues and Building Fund) 3. Membership becomes active after remittance of $180 which will be applied to your Building Fund Fee. This fee does not apply to seniors.
4. Any member who leaves the congregation after the start of the fiscal year (July 1st) shall be responsible for the payment of any and all dues and other charges accrued through to the date of written notification of resignation, with the exception of Religious School fees. A member who has a child/children registered in Religious School and who resigns or removes the child/children from Religious School after the start of the Religious School year shall be responsible for the entire Religious School fee under all circumstances.
We NEVER turn someone away due to their financial situation. Though our brochures and pamphlets may reflect a certain number, we offer financial assistance to any and all that wish to be involved. Do not let your financial situation be the reason you are not a member. We work privately and with confidentiality to ensure all who wish to be here are here. No one is denied membership at Temple ShaIom for financial reasons. Financial assistance is available.
